At Cloud 9 your spa experience begins with your first phone call to our concierge who will be happy to assist you in choosing the ideal spa treatment or schedule the perfect combination of services for your spa day. Scheduling spa services will take just a few moments of your time to ensure that everything will be just right.
Appointments & Cancellations
Making your appointment prior to arriving at Cloud 9 is strongly recommended. Reservations are subject to availability and must be guaranteed with a credit card, so please have your card available when calling.
Be sure to mention any special or medical issues needs when booking your appointment, if you have high blood pressure or are pregnant. Please note that once an appointment is booked, unless we hear otherwise, we’ll be expecting you. Since treatment and package times are reserved especially for you, cancellations must be 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid being charged in full for the missed or skipped appointment.

All treatments at Cloud 9 Spa & Salon are strictly non-sexual. Any sexual advances, comments or innuendos towards our staff will result in the immediate termination of the treatment.
The gift certificate is non-refundable and only available for 6 months from the date you purchased.
